  8. This T-file is more or less and explanation of your rights and how the are
  9. unlawfully being infringed upon by certain elements of your government
  10. which supposedly works for you, THE PEOPLE!

  12. I am currently watching a funding proposal for Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco
  13. &Firearms (BATF) on C-SPAN. WHAT THE FUCK! Here I am listening to their
  14. propaganda bullshit and after all their fuckups they have the balls to ask
  15. me for more money to continue their unconstitutional actions. The BATF
  16. acquired a Fiscal Year budget of 12.5 BILLION dollars last year. In their
  17. proposal they indicate that with more funding they will be able to help rid
  18. our streets of violent criminal offenders and the guns they use. They talk
  19. about how with increased funding, they would be able to keep track of all
  20. guns in the United States by creating a database in which manufacturer's
  21. and wholesaler's will submit(voluntarily of course) serial numbers for the
  22. guns they produce. Not to mention increased funding for their ballistics
  23. laboratory, in which they expressed there usefulness by telling us about
  24. there role in determining who was responsible for the massacres in Bosnia,
  25. through their ballistics laboratories. They also want additional funding
  26. for another database in regards to arson and explosives and BLAH BLAH BLAH.

  28. I don't know about you but I really don't think this agency should get
  29. additional funding. Quite the contrary I believe this agency should be
  30. abolished. The BATF's main charter is to infringe upon your constitutional
  31. rights as a citizen of the United States. I read an earlier FUCK file about
  32. the BATF and the author made it quite clear what this rogue agency is all
  33. about. Basically it is the Gestapo arm of the government. The BATF's main
  34. business is to harass citizens. especially those who have Federal Firearms
  35. Licenses, and law abiding citizens who own guns.

  37. BATF tactics include busting down people's doors down in the early hours of
  38. the morning without announcing themselves and this type of behavior more
  39. often that not gets people killed. I mean shit usually the cops have the
  40. goddamn common courtesy to at least knock on your door, announce their
  41. presence, and inform you that they have a search warrant. Not the fucking
  42. BATF, No Sir, they enter your house in all black riot/swat gear with no
  43. identifiable marks whatsoever with automatic weapons (WHICH EVEN
  44. CITIZENSAREN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE). All they want to do is infringe upon your
  45. rights, more specifically your Second Amendment rights, which clearly
  46. states"...THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE
  47. INFRINGED," end of quote, CLEAR FUCKING ENGLISH. A couple of examples come
  48. to mind...Waco, Ruby Ridge these images come to my mind. They bust your
  49. door, beat you up, harass and intimidate you, because your beliefs are in
  50. conflict with the Politically Correct Government Machine. Most of the time
  51. these raids are the result of ANONYMOUS TIPS that often turn out to be
  52. false. Another motherfuckin'' infringement on out constitutional rights. In
  53. the sixth amendment it says "...AND TO BE INFORMED OF THE NATURE AND CAUSE
  54. OF THEACCUSATION; TO BE CONFRONTED WITH THE WITNESSES AGAINST HIM..."
  55. another clear violation of your rights!!!

  58. These infringements are compounded upon by an obscure law that most people
  59. don't know about. It is known as the ASSET FORFEITURE LAW, which is a
  60. favorite among law enforcement personnel. The asset Forfeiture Law states
  61. that anybody who uses their property to facilitate a crime can and will be
  62. seized by law enforcement. For example if you use your phone in your house
  63. to initiate a drug deal your house and everything you own can be SEIZED by
  64. he government. Now is it just me or does this seem to be the same kind of
  65. fucking bullshit we escaped from 220 years ago. I think so. As a matter of
  66. fact the way Asset Forfeiture Law works, YOU DO NOT EVENHAVE TO BE CHARGED
  67. WITH A CRIME for the government to seize your property. Your property is
  68. usually sold and the proceeds liquidated to finance further injustices by
  69. this rogue agency and their fucked up laws. However these motherfuckers
  70. can't seem to read, because in the fifth amendment is clearly states
  71. "...NOR SHALL PRIVATE PROPERTY BE TAKEN FOR PUBLIC USE WITHOUT
  72. JUSTCOMPENSATION." this type of action is in clear violation of the
  73. Constitution, AND THEIR GETTING AWAY WITH IT, and why? Because people are
  74. willing to sacrifice freedom for security.

  76. Personally, I feel more secure with a.12 gauge shotgun and 9mm Beretta than
  77. having law enforcement personnel attempt to protect me. Look at it this
  78. way, what do police officers do? They respond to criminal activities, they
  79. don't PREVENT, they RESPOND. Now how the fuck do cops protect people by
  80. arriving at the scene of a crime, AFTER THE FACT? Citizens should be
  81. responsible for their own security, rather than having BIG BROTHER do it
  82. for them. What does that entail? It means more freedom for law abiding
  83. citizens. It means more permits for concealable weapons, no more of this
  84. pissant bullshit Brady Law ban of assault weapon shit, for law abiding
  85. citizens. Your rights are being stripped away piece by piece by a
  86. socialistic government that claims "TO KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU"
